We ship from our partnered warehouses in the US. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

Most orders are delivered, on average, within 10-14 business days. On some rare occasions, due to holidays or unseen circumstances, orders may take a few more days. For that reason, please allow 21 business days before contacting us.

Yes, we do, Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that contains your tracking information. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send our newsletters which includes our promotions and coupons for discounts. 

You will not have to pay customs, but depending on your location you may get customs fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and will not be able to advise on what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You may wish to visit your local customs website for full details. 


All Plucky Panda products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from the time of delivery.

If a product is defective or does not match the description please initiate a return/exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.

To be eligible for any refund or return of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All cases are assessed individually. To complete your return or refund, we require order number and photographic evidence of any defective items.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
