OUR 30 DAY WARRANTY

All Plucky Panda products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from the time of delivery. If a product is defective or does not match the description please initiate a return/exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
If you received the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or refund all your payment.

  • Return the new, unopened items to us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Simply contact our support team at support@pluckypanda.com if you have any questions regarding your return.
  • For any product valued over $20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
  • Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.
  • All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option via USPS, UPS or FedEx insured parcel post because Plucky Panda will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: Please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned back to you.
  • You must contact us prior to sending your return. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

  • Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
  • Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).

Terms & Conditions:

  • We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
  • Refunds will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your return at our return address (listed above).
  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund. Any returns not made within this window will be rejected.
  • We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.
  • We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
  • All shipping charges and government taxes are non-refundable.
  • Plucky Panda order process is automated to distribute products quickly and accurately. We apologize but once the order has been placed it can NOT be cancelled. We receive a lot of orders and we are unable to go though them individually as this will cause delays to all other orders. Please review your items before completing your orders. Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at support@pluckypanda.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
  • The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.
