SO HOW DOES OUR SHIPPING WORK?
We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping via FedEx, DHL, ePacket & USPS! We provide fast, free insured shipping to all our shipping destinations, regardless of the order amount.

Please note that we usually require 24 hours on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!
For the USA, Canada, Australia, UK and Ireland: Most orders are delivered, on average, within 10-14 business days. On some rare occasions, due to holidays or unseen circumstances, orders may take a few more days. For that reason, please allow 21 business days before contacting us.
For the Rest Of The World: Depending on your location, your order may take 10-20 business days to arrive.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
We provide tracking for every order. You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
Please Be Aware: When a tracking number does not update for a while & If you do not see your shipment move, please, do not panic. It simply means that the package is en route to your country. Once the package has cleared customs, the tracking info will be updated and more accurate delivery time will be given. Please be patient and you will see an update soon.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com or please use our Contact Us form if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
All Plucky Panda products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from the time of delivery. If a product is defective or does not match the description please initiate a return/exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.

Oh no! This is never an ideal situation for any customer and we always try to do our best in assisting the customer to locate their goodies. All of our orders are sent with free insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost in transit, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, Please see our refund policy for further information.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED:
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
